We are working on the final bells and whistles for the upcoming customer service workshop focusing on making sure your employees are attitude and customer service read for snow-bird season. Christine Devlin of the Lee County Visitor and Convention Bureau proposed questions today business owners in the trade and hospitality industry should consider or have answers too.
1) Does your business culture encourage customer friendly behavior? (the answer should be yes, hands-down)
2) To shift any culture of any business, it has to start with leadership. Are your leaders (managers and team leads) able to actually lead by example, in this case encouraging customer 1st attitude?
These are just a few topics we will be covering at our “Are You Ready for Season” workshop on October 27th. Remember, this is a free workshop. The workshop will be held at the FGCU Sugden Welcome Center, 10501 FGCU Blvd. S., Fort Myers, 33965 on Monday, October 27, 2014 from 9:30AM-11:30AM. Hospitality and retail trade business owners, their key management, and/or human resource staff are encouraged to attend.
