The DIBBS registration process changed. To bid on Defense Logistics Agency contracts, you need to be registered in the DLA Internet Bid Broad System (DIBBS). DIBBS is a bid board program operated by the Department of Defense (DOD), Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) for requirements between $1 and $200,000.
Effective July 19, 2018, new DIBBS registrants will be subject to a two-step authentication process. Previously you only needed to validate your e-mail address and a PIN completed your registration.
Now, a new “Physical Address Verification” process will be implemented. An actual post card will be mailed via U.S. mail to the address of record in SAM. This post card will contain a PIN. Once received, it is used to complete your DIBBS registration.
You will not be able to complete registration process or quote until the entire process is completed.
