Ron Morgan, Owner of Complete Auto Repair, originally sought out the services of the FL SBDC at FGCU because of Business Consultant Patti Guerzo. She introduced Ron to a banker that helped him obtain financing for his building, personal finances, and a home equity loan.
“The biggest changes and advantages that I’ve noticed working with the SBDC has been the hiring of new employees. Patti helped me find the right people to fill the positions that I needed and helped me qualify the right people. Also, I was able to cut down my marketing budget while sales increased.” added Morgan.
The growth plans for the future are to expand by adding two additional bays, putting in a car lot, and building another shop in the back.
The biggest success that they have experienced so far is the opportunity to purchase the building they’re currently operating in.
