Ariana Janowski and Liliana Baird, cofounders of Total Home Staging, LLC, first joined forces as friends before realizing they shared similar interests and goals. Before long, Total Home Staging, LLC, became a reality for the two friends and business partners.

Total Home Staging, LLC focuses on interior design and home staging concepts in the Southwest Florida area. With the help of Ari and Lili, property owners can upgrade the look and feel of their residence through home improvement projects, custom design, and much more.

Total Home Staging works with your investment goals, expectations, and lifestyle. With expertise in marketing and business management, Ari and Lili dedicate their business to ensuring your property makes a lasting impression by maximizing its potential.

Successful on its own, Ari and Lili looked to the SBDC for additional assistance to really make the most out of their business model and enhance the experience for their clients.

They initially researched how to start a new business when they came across the SBDC at FGCU. From there, Ari and Lili participated in workshops hosted by the SBDC for new and potential business owners before making an appointment with one of the SBDC’s consultants.

“The SBDC has helped us tremendously in our development as entrepreneurs,” Lili shares. “Legal, accounting, marketing and operations, social media… the SBDC was there to guide us and help us every step of the way.”

“The SBDC has been an amazing resource for us,” Lili adds. “We’ve had a great experience so far.” Ari and Lili especially appreciate the friendliness of the consultants, as well as knowing that support is always available when they need it.

With the SBDC’s assistance and support, Total Home Staging has seen growth in their revenue in the past two years and has been able to hire more employees.

“Our business is continuing to grow, and we’re so excited to see where the future will take our business,” says Ari.

When they first launched their business, Total Home Staging was only focused on the staging aspect. Since then, the focus has shifted, and their business has become more all-encompassing.
