Small Business Program
The Small Business Program is designed to encourage small business participation in active solicitations.
This program cooperates with the Florida Small Business Development Center (SBDC) at FGCU which is here to help connect your small business with big opportunities.

To qualify for the Small Business Program, your company must meet the following requirements:
- Have been in business for at least 2 years
- Have annual revenues of $10,000,000 or less
- Have 20 or less employees
If you meet these requirements and would like to receive an official qualification letter, please follow these next steps:
- Register with the Florida SBDC at FGCU
- Wait 2-5 business days (we’ll contact you)
- Submit 2 years of complete business income taxes.
- Submit employer documents (IRS Form 941, W-3)*
- Submit Proof of SunBiz Filing
